Migrating the Site to SvelteKit

Migrated the website from the old codebase to SvelteKit. Core blog functionality ported with a cleaner component structure. New CSS foundation with standardised typography and variables. Navigation.svelte and ThemeSwitch.svelte components. Data fetching still needs wiring up.
